Objective of the Call
The objective of this grant call is to support the participation of employees and students of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava in international conferences, combined with an active contribution in the form of a presentation or contribution delivered together with at least one representative of a member university of the EULiST alliance.
Eligible Applicants
Applications may be submitted by teaching and non-teaching staff and students of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava.
Financial Support
The maximum financial support is EUR 3,000 per grant. Funds may be used for:
- travel expenses related to participation in the conference,
- registration fees for the conference.
Support cannot be provided for participation in conferences organized within the EULiST alliance project.
Activities must be completed no later than 12 months after application approval.
Obligations of the Applicant
Applicants are required to submit an application for support at least 30 days prior to the conference, including identification of the conference, partner institution(s) and a brief description of the planned contribution. After the conference, applicants must submit proof of the presentation and a final financial statement.

- The call will be open throughout 2026
- Applications will be evaluated on an ongoing basis until allocated funds are exhausted
Evaluation of Applications
Applications will be evaluated based on:
- relevance of the conference and planned contribution,
- fulfilment of the conditions of the call.
