Objective of the Call
The objective of this grant call is to support activities aimed at concluding agreements on doctoral studies under dual supervision (Cotutelle). The objective will be considered achieved upon the conclusion of a framework Cotutelle Agreement or an individual Cotutelle Agreement with a partner institution that is a member of the EULiST alliance.
Eligible Applicants
Applications may be submitted by teaching staff of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava who hold the position of doctoral supervisor in accordance with STU internal regulations. Rector’s Directive 9/2025
Financial Support
The maximum financial support is EUR 3,000 per grant. Funds may be used for:
- personnel costs related to activities aimed at achieving the objective of the call,
- travel expenses, in particular visits to partner institutions,
- legal and translation services related to the conclusion of Cotutelle agreements.
Activities must be completed no later than 12 months after application approval.
Obligations of the Applicant
Applicants are required to submit a brief project proposal including identification of the partner institution, description of planned activities, timetable and financial plan. After completion of activities, applicants must submit a final report and final financial statement.

- The call remains open until allocated funds are exhausted
Evaluation of Applications
Applications will be evaluated based on:
- feasibility of planned activities,
- contribution to the internationalization of STUBA,
- contribution to the development of STUBA.
