GRANT CALLS OF THE EULiST ALIANCE AT STU FOR 2025
Grant call: Support for collaboration of STU with the EULiST partner institution in the field of education
OBJECTIVE OF THE CALL
The aim of this grant call is to support projects aimed at harmonising the educational activities of EULiST partner universities. The support is linked to the preparation of the creation of joint curricula and teaching of courses in English (also online), micro-credits, submission of joint educational projects.
ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS
Both teaching and non-teaching staff of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava (hereinafter referred to as ‘STUBA’) are eligible to apply for the grant; PhD students enrolled at STUBA can be part of the project teams. In the case of projects focused on the creation of joint study programmes, creation of micro-credits and courses in English language, the guarantor of the respective study programme or course, on which the submitted Project is focused, must also be part of the project team.
FINANCIAL SUPPORT
The financial support of a maximum amount of € 5000,-/grant paid under this call is intended for:
- Reimbursement of personnel costs of Eligible Applicants related to work on projects focused on the areas specified in the Call Objectives. The financial support will be granted on the basis of the submitted Financial Plan based on the planned scope of work (how many man-hours will be worked per month/per project period linked to specific KPIs);
- Reimbursement of travel costs incurred for cooperating with partners (recommended in combination with teacher mobility);
- In case the actual uptake of the planned costs does not reach 80% of the total amount, the Main Applicant (hereinafter referred to as "Applicant”) is obliged to reimburse the unspent part of the total amount granted;
- The Project activities presented must be carried out at the latest within 12 months of the approval of the application.

EVALUATION OF THE APPLICATION
The following criteria will be taken into account when assessing applications:
- Quality and relevance of the achieved planned results;
- Contribution to academic cooperation with emphasis on the objectives pursued within the EULiST Alliance project;
- Contribution of the Project to the development of internationalisation at STUBA;
- Contribution to the development of STUBA as a whole;
- Feasibility and feasibility of the planned activities;
- Sustainability of the achieved results of the Project.

CALL FOR PROPOSALS

Grant call: Support for long-term PhD studentships at the EULiST partner institution
OBJECTIVE OF THE CALL
The aim of this call for proposals is to support long-term PhD studentships at EULiST partner institutions in order to develop PhD students' research activities and international cooperation in line with the objectives of the EULiST Alliance project.
ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS
PhD students enrolled at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava are eligible to apply for the grant.
DURATION AND PLACE OF THE STAY ABROAD
The duration of the stay must be a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months. The stay must take place at a partner institution of the EULiST Alliance.
FINANCIAL SUPPORT
The maximum amount of financial support for the stay is 500 EUR per month. This amount is over and above the Erasmus+ PhD scholarship and Erasmus+ traineeship support.
