Innovative education according to the needs of Industry 4.0 principles in V4 countries (INEDUIN4V4)
(Supported by the International Visegrad Fund, project ID: 22320035)
The project is based on research. Primary research will focus on examining labor market needs, university capabilities, and student needs. After proposals have been developed, research will be conducted in collaboration with employers and the labor market.
Based on information from primary research and its statistical evaluation, the next goal of the project is to propose innovations in non-economic study programs that could prepare graduates for the needs of the labor market while respecting the needs of Industry 4.0, and to propose innovations in the content of study programs so that they are interdisciplinary and prepare students.
The main problem that the project seeks to change is innovation in education (in the field of education) at universities. By involving individual partners from countries that have different experiences with changes in education and are at different stages of implementing changes in the education market, we can coordinate the exchange of best practices in order to identify potential areas for change and propose common study program content that respects the needs of practice and adequately responds to changes in Industry 4.0.
The outputs of the project are:
- results of primary research,
- proposal for the content of study program subjects,
- e-learning platform,
- innovative content for the Erasmus+ BIP program,
- project website,
- publications in journals about the project outputs.
