The graduate of the doctoral study program Branch Economics and Management continues the interdisciplinary perception of technical economics necessary for mastering inventory, analytical and evaluation methods, basics of frontier and participating scientific disciplines in relation to a specific area of research within the scientific field, drawing conclusions for scientific knowledge development and for the practical application of the research results. Its mission is targeted interdisciplinary collaborative research of technically oriented branch economies. The graduate of study programme (Field of Study: Economics and management) knows • define scientific methods and solutions to research, development tasks in the field of interdisciplinary research in branch economies and management • scientifically formulate and solve complex interdisciplinary problems at the level of the latest knowledge and in relation to their effects on society, economic dynamics, global change, and innovation processes • use appropriate scientific methods of basic and applied research in the field of study.

A graduate of the study program Investment Planning in an Industrial Enterprise knows: • apply and adhere to the principles of collaborative and excellent research for the purpose of critical discussion brings new scientific knowledge and own, original solutions to tasks in economics and management, • analyze, evaluate and present the results of research and development before the professional national and international community and in indexed scientific publications with registered citation response. • develop and formulate new hypotheses, judgments and strategies for further development of the scientific or professional field • evaluate theories, concepts and innovations • analyze world scientific and innovative developments in the field and related fields and use it in the direction and development of the field, with the integration of knowledge from various fields • apply, verify and implement new research and working practices.
