Statements of employers or regulators

4 employers were contacted. The readiness of graduates of the study program to work in their companies is positively assessed by employers. The application of theoretical knowledge in solving specific technical problems is also appreciated. Employers also stated the ability to work independently as well as work in a team. In the case of research organizations, it was stated that graduates are not ready to lead a research team, which is understandable, because doctoral studies serve this purpose. However, according to employers, graduates manage the presentation of their ideas, solutions and results well and are able to supplement their knowledge to a sufficient extent within self-study. The ability of innovative ideas depends on the type of job. Employers suggest a greater link between practice and teaching, e.g. by including the solution of problems from practice directly into the pedagogical process. Not, applicable, it is not the case for regulated professions
