Statements of employers or regulators

The assessment of the program's quality by a representative sample of employers is expressed in the attached files. The employers agree that the profile of the graduate of the planned study program is in accordance with the current requirements of practice. They appreciate that the structure of the study plan creates good conditions for graduates to be able to creatively apply the theoretical knowledge gained during their studies to solve specific technical problems in the areas of mechatronic systems, automation and robotics, as well as advanced production equipment. Employer representatives speak positively about the professional knowledge of graduates, as well as their soft skills, such as communication and management skills, presentation skills and language competences. It is also positively assessed that several subjects in the study plan are based on the form of project work, which prepares students to solve tasks in a real work environment. Events at the faculty level such as Job Day, which is attended by approximately three dozen companies every year, also demonstrate the considerable interest of companies in graduates of the guaranteeing workplace. At this job fair, companies present their offers directly on the faculty premises and address students as their potential employees. The participants of this event are not only large companies from the industrial environment such as CONTINENTAL TIRES SLOVAKIA s.r.o., Faurecia Automotive Slovakia, s.r.o., MATADOR Automation, s.r.o., Muehlbauer Automation s.r.o., Schneider Electric Slovakia, s.r.o., Slovenské elektrárne, a.s., SLOVNAFT, a.s., or ZF SLOVAKIA a.s., but also technology or research companies such as Bizzcom s.r.o., SEGULA Slovensko s.r.o., SOVA Digital a.s.
