On Thursday, June 4, 2026, a regular meeting of the EULiST Alliance project members at STU was held at the Faculty of Architecture and Design. Project team members, working group researchers, and student representatives discussed the current status of the project, its priorities, and future direction.
The opening session presented the main conclusions from the 2026 General Assembly and information on the preparation of a new alliance project for 2027–2029. Subsequently, participants addressed the results of the project’s interim evaluation and the fulfillment of key performance indicators (KPIs). The discussion focused primarily on areas where increased activity is needed, particularly in supporting student mobility and engaging so-called non-traditional learners in the alliance’s activities.
The topic of internal communication was also addressed. The project team discussed the appropriate format for the upcoming EULiST newsletter, which is intended to provide regular updates on activities and opportunities within the alliance. Ms. Martina Reháková opened the discussion on joint study programs and the alliance’s ambitions regarding the European Degree Label. “We need to consider what will remain of EULiST at the university after the project ends,” she emphasized at the start of the discussion.
The discussion then turned to the alliance’s Course Catalogue, with Mr. Rozinaj, Ms. Vitková, Ms. Reháková, and Mr. Vargic actively participating in the debate. Together, they discussed possibilities for its further development and more effective use by students. Participants were also briefed on upcoming activities for the 2026/2027 academic year, which are intended to contribute to greater involvement of staff and students in the life of the alliance.
The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange experiences, identify next steps, and jointly seek solutions for the successful fulfillment of the EULiST project’s objectives. The program concluded with informal conversations over refreshments.
