STU offers applicants the option to submit an electronic application for the 2027/2028 academic year via the University Information System (UIS).
Apply online now: E-application form to study at STU
Why submit your application via UIS?
- No need to attach proof of payment – the fee covering the administrative costs of the admission process is paid in advance. If an applicant pays the fee directly through the electronic application interface within UIS, there is no need to attach proof of payment to the application; the payment is automatically linked within the system.
- Complete the entire process in one place online – everything from selecting your study program and faculty and entering personal details to uploading required attachments takes place within the user-friendly online interface of UIS.
- Minimize errors and the risk of rejection – UIS guides applicants to ensure all mandatory fields are filled out. This reduces the risk of administrative errors (such as forgetting to attach proof of fee payment, which could otherwise lead to a rejection).
- Automatic notifications – UIS system informs the applicant about the progress of their application, its submission, payment of the fee, inclusion of attachments, etc.
- Ongoing overview of the admission process status – after submitting an electronic application, the applicant can use UIS to track the processing status of their application, the assessment of whether admission requirements have been met, and the outcome of the admission process.
Method of Delivering Documents Related to the Admissions Procedure
STU delivers documents related to the admissions procedure (e.g., the decision on the outcome of the admissions procedure) to applicants either in person, via a postal service provider, or by means of electronic communication.
STU may deliver documents via the UIS (University Information System). A document is considered delivered at the moment the addressee (applicant) logs into the UIS, following the document's availability within the system. If the applicant does not log in within ten days from the date the document was made available, the document is considered delivered upon the expiration of this period.
If STU delivers documents via the UIS, it is not obliged to deliver them through any other means.
Admission conditions
for specific levels of study at STU faculties and Institute of Management are not identical. They differ in certain details, so it's important to check and keep track of admission information on the specific faculty/Institute of Management and study level you want to apply to.
